This project challenges a well-established fact or perceived myth about Australian culture. It explores the familiar stereotype of the Australian male bogan. Upon looking at this myth deeper I realised that my own life contains a lot of the stereotypes and ideas of the Aussie male bogan, yet I am not a Aussie male bogan. The text embeds my reality inside the classic myths of bogan behaviour.
